Hopkins Consulting offers remote operational support, customer service staffing, administrative coordination, project management, and related consulting services.
We are not a licensed property manager, legal advisor, or accountant and do not provide regulated professional services unless otherwise stated.
All services are provided under a service agreement or package selected by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
– Maintain timely communication with our team
– Honor the payment terms as outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice
– Use any software, ticketing systems, or shared platforms responsibly and lawfully

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, late fees, and billing cycles are specified in your individual service contract or proposal.
Failure to pay within the agreed period may result in paused services or termination.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality.
We do not disclose your business details or internal operations to any third parties unless legally required or with your written consent.

5. Use of Technology

Clients using our support infrastructure (ticketing, reporting, remote access tools, or knowledge base) agree to:
– Access the system only for authorized business purposes
– Not share login credentials with unauthorized users
– Accept that Hopkins Consulting retains ownership and control of the tools

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice, per the terms of your agreement.
Hopkins Consulting reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of our team or technology.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and internal systems developed by Hopkins Consulting remain the property of Hopkins Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom work provided to clients may be licensed or transferred depending on the contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hopkins Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we aim to provide high-quality support, all services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date listed at the top.
